প্রকাশ হয়েছে ২০১৯-২০২০ সালের অর্থবছরে বাজেটে । সংসদে বাজেট অধিবেশনে বলা হয়েছে ২০১৯-২০২০
সালের বাজেটের মাধ্যমে আগামী দিনে দেশের সবগুলো আইন আদালতের হবে ডিজিটাল।
এই বাজেট অধিবেশনে আরো বলা হয়েছে,
দেশের মামলা ব্যবস্থাপনায় গতি আনতে ই-জুডিশিয়াল কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে দেশের
সকল আদালতকে তথ্যপ্রযুক্তির একটি নেটওয়ার্কের মধ্যে আনা হবে।
বাজেট বক্তব্যে বলা হয়েছে, দেশের
আটটি বিভাগীয় শহরে আটটি ট্রাইবুনাল স্থাপনের
প্রক্রিয়া গ্রহন করা হবে ।
এই ট্রাইবুনালের উদ্দেশ্য হলো,
তথ্য প্রযুক্তি আইনের অধীনে যেসব মামলা হবে এই ট্রাইবুনালের মাধ্যমে তা যেন দ্রুত ব্যবস্থা
নেওয়া যায় এবং ঢাকায় একটি সাইবার ট্রাইবুলাল গঠন করা হয়েছে।
এছাড়াও আপিল বিভাগের সক্ষমতা
বাড়নোর জন্য আপিল বিভাগে চারটি এবং এজলাস বিভাগে ৩০ টি এজলাসহ চেম্বার নির্মাণ ও সংস্কার
করা হবে ।
সুপ্রিম কোর্টসহ অধীনস্থ আদালত সমূহের সকল কার্যক্রম অটোমেশন এবং নেটওয়ার্কের
আওতায় আনা হবে।
আদালতে বিচারাধীন সকল মামলার
বর্তমান অবস্থার শোনানির তারিখ,ফলাফল এবং তার রায়সহ সমস্ত তথ্যাদি ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ
করা হবে।
গত ১৩ জুন দুপুর ২-০০ টার দিকে জাতীয় সংসদে ভবনে প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার সভাপতিত্বে মন্ত্রিপরিষদের এক বিশেষ বৈঠকে প্রস্তাবিত ২০১৯-২০২০ সালের বাজেট অনুমোধন কারা হয়।
অর্থমন্ত্রী আ হ ম মুস্তাফা কামাল আজ দুপুর তিনটার দিকে পাঁচ লক্ষ ২৩ হাজার ১৯০ কোটি টাকার বাজেট পেশ করা হয় । অর্থমন্ত্রী অসুস্থ থাকার কারনে প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা ২০১৯ -২০ সালের বাজেট বেশ করনে।
